I am going to go work on a Frank Iero batch of icons, as well as a batch of Suicide/God's Girls.
And maybe some icons with quotes from Fight Club and Choke by Chuck Palahniuk and Possible Side Effects and maybe Running With Scissors by Augusten Burroughs. Any opinions on this?

What's wrong with us? 

If I had a dollar for every night we spent lying awake trying to answer that very question; I'd fund research and find a way to bring you back. 

Maybe it's because we grew up in an era where the disillusionment of the youth was at an all-time high. A time when the line between crime and justice was so blurred. When good seemed like an adjective rarely used or suitable; an exhibit in a far-off museum, filed under ‘Extinct’. When lies blanketed the truth so wholly that we all thought human rights were well represented, when in fact it was dead and buried six feet in the earth.

We grew up, as the people who didn’t actually “grow up”. We didn’t want to “grow up”, and nor would we, because we never really had a childhood in the first place. We were the generation were it was normal to be molested and our parents barely talked, divorced or not. We were the ones blamed for generations of irresponsible actions.

We are the kids who didn’t give a damn about our self-destructive or hurtful behavior, we didn’t care about the future because we felt ten years older than we were, age-weary and tired at sixteen.

Sitting on the sand, watching the waves throw themselves at the shore, we knew we couldn’t keep doing this, we couldn’t keep crying and we couldn’t keep this up. We had to stand up and push ourselves through it all; we had to keep our heads up. We had to see the light.

We weren’t the lucky ones sent off to war to kill themselves in the most noble, honorable fashion possible. No, we were left at home with our useless hands and hopeless hearts. We had our own battle to fight.

You got caught in the crossfire. You broke the promise. You became at one with the earth you came from. We all return to where we originated, some of us sooner than others. Some get dragged back kicking and screaming, others willingly. The infatuation with the other side is fatally romantic.

I could sit underneath this street light all night and remember you.

Truth is, I never spent a day without you in my head.
